  1. ½ kg pork cut in portions
  2. 2 potatoes cut in small pieces
  3. 1 onion, chopped
  4. ½ pepper, chopped
  5. 1 garlic glove
  6. 1-2 lemons (their juice)
  7. A little thyme
  8. LACON extra virgin olive oil
  9. 1tsp mustard
  10. A little white wine
  11. Salt, pepper



In a cooking pan add the olive oil and when it gets warm slightly frizzle the meat. A few minutes before it gets brownish add and frizzle the onion with the garlic. Quench with wine. Then add the potatoes, the peppers, the thyme, the mustard, the salt and the pepper. Add lemon juice and 2-3 glasses of water more, to cover the meat and the potatoes. Boil in medium heat for about an hour.
