• ½ tsp LACON extra virgin olive oil
  • 125gr sliced sausages
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 2 celery brunches, chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper without the seeds, chopped in cubes
  • 150ml white wine
  • 200gr white beans, boiled
  • 100gr rocket
  • Mint leaves for sparking


Method: Heat the olive oil in a cooking pot and fry the sausages for 2-3 minutes, stirring until they get brownish all over. Add the onions, the celery and the pepper and fry for 5 minutes more, or till they soften. Add the wine, slowly boil for 2-3 seconds or until the liquids are decreased and add the beans. Slowly boil for 2-3 minutes. Put the tomatoes, the fresh onions and the rocket. Stir and share in 4 plates. Sprinkle with the mint leaves and serve immediately with fresh crunchy bread.
