Ingredients for 4 servings

10 fresh or frozen shrimps

Yellow rice

Lime juice from 3 lemons


1 dash of spicy paprika

½ glass LACON extra virgin olive oil



Clean the shrimps, throw the heads in the pot with 2,5 liters of water and  boil for 4,5 minutes till they turn into a broth. Take 2,5 liters of broth, put them in an empty pot, add the rice, salt, paprika, olive oil and put it in medium to high temperature for 45 minutes, until the rice breaks. Then take a spoon of rice and the broth and hit it in the blender until it becomes a thick slop. Add the broth in the pot, the cut shrimps and boil in low heat for 10 mins. Add the lime juice and, if needed, salt. Serve immediately.
